v0.21b was the first hotfix for the v0.21 update and it was released on July 28, 2015.

Hey Everyone,
We found some users had issues moving (at all!) with the update released a couple hours ago. Here is a fix for anyone experiencing that. Let us know if this issue is still occurring for anyone and if so we'll try an alternate fix
