Timmy Leblanc is a child that was a passenger on the plane, seen in the beginning events leading to the start of the game.
Pre-Crash
Nothing much is known about Timmy's life before the crash, other than he had a father, Eric who was a TV celebrity, survival star and expert and had a mother who had recently died in a tragic accident implying she didn't die of natural causes. And appeared to love to draw, as evidenced by his drawings found in the plane.
Post-Crash
Timmy is first seen sleeping on his father's arm, and remains asleep until the plane begins to experience a large amount of turbulence, which wakes him up and he begins to hold onto his father's arm.
After the plane crashes, Timmy is thrown from his seat and into the middle of the aisle. He is later taken by Dr. Matthew Cross to resurrect Cross's daughter, Megan Cross.
Test Subject
Despite being abducted, Timmy was initially kept alive, as evidenced by his multiple drawings scattered throughout caves, suggesting that Matthew Cross led him through various cave systems and villages before bringing him to the Sahara Laboratory. After Matthew Cross does so, he places Timmy inside the Resurrection Obelisk, resulting in Timmy's life being taken and Megan being resurrected. He is left inside the machine afterwards. Timmy's body is later found by his father, Eric, who is emotionally distraught at the sight of his dead son. However, Eric manages to figure out that in order to bring back his son, he needs a sacrifice. Eric then kills a mutated Megan and attempts to use her to bring back his son, but the artifact requires a live specimen. After Eric uses the second obelisk, also known as the power obelisk, to cause another plane to crash, the game cuts to one year later.
Timmy has been revived sometime in between the time Eric crashed the plane and one year later, which is set in a TV show. This leads the player to assume that Eric kidnapped a child like Cross had done with Timmy. During the cut-scene, Timmy noticeably shakes and shivers and twitches, probably due to the brain damages the obelisk inflicted him by having his head pierced by a spike, due to the obelisk's internal shape. During a woodcutting competition between the show host and Eric, Timmy begins having a violent seizure, while everyone looks on in horror. Although this suggested during pre-release that Timmy mutated into an abomination the way Megan did, the full release of the game added additional scenes to the ending; Eric quickly rushes to Timmy's side, and holds him in his arms as Timmy slowly stops convulsing, and opens his eyes after a bit. Additionally, a final scene shows an adult Timmy years later, brushing his teeth in a small apartment and no longer twitching as he did after his revival. His wall is covered in research relating to an island labelled as "Site B", and as he goes to take a drink of whiskey, blobs of flesh begin moving beneath his skin. Timmy struggles against the experience, and he manages to avoid mutating.
For a different ending Eric can choose not to crash the plane. There is another computer that has the ability to "Emergency Shutdown" the facility making it so Eric cannot crash the plane. During the cut-scene you watch a plane fly over the island and take out the photo of Timmy. Eric takes out a lighter, and burns the picture. Then you may continue the game as normal. You can never revive Timmy if you do not crash the plane. If you do make the decision to crash the plane, then you get the cut-scene explained above.
