Megan Emails are two story items. There are two emails, one sent and one replied. They were added in update v0.51 of The Forest.
Gameplay[]
The email is an exchange between Dr. Mathew Cross and his wife Jessica that can be found in the research lab near some red paint. It is the only clean, non-monstrous version of Megan that the player is able to see, when she was still alive.

It appears to contain more evidence of the issues between Jessica Cross and Dr. Mathew Cross. It also serves as one of the several hints that the relationship between Cross and his wife had gotten rather ugly, and is perhaps a precursor to the restraining order that comes later.
