Meds are an healing item found in The Forest. "Meds" is short for Medicine.

Gameplay[]

Meds are commonly found in suitcases, in the plane, in caves, in cannibal villages, or scattered across the beach. When consumed, the player's health is restored to full, making it one of the most available and effective method of restoring mass amounts of health. The maximum amount that can be carried is five. As of version 0.61, the medicine restores 5 health points per second in normal mode, 0.5 per second in hard mode.

As of version 0.05, players can combine aloe and marigold to create a form of herbal medicine.
