Left hand items are items that are held in the left hand instead of the right hand. What this means is that a player can use a left hand item as well as most other items like weapons at the same time. Certain items like the flintlock pistol, crafted bow, modern bow and the chainsaw will use both hands which will limit the players ability to use left hand items. The mentioned items can be have a light source attached in the form of a flashlight by crafting it with electrical tape.
