The Autopsy Report is a story item that was added in update v0.51 of The Forest. The autopsy report first featured Megan Cross, but was later changed in v1.0 to Jessica Cross.
Gameplay[]
The Autopsy Report can be found deep in Cave 2, surrounded by a cache of random items in the room where the Modern Axe spawns.
Theory[]
It can most notably be found next to a bucket of red paint, implying that the Red Man has something to do with it. The autopsy report belongs to Jessica Cross, as noted at the top of the page. It says the victim died of multiple stab wounds and head trauma.
